last year James
designed and
implemented a
totally new
kitchen for me
in my Kamares
villa. The
planning process
was easy and the
design proposed
was exactly what
I wanted.
The
implementation
was achieved on
time and,
despite the
occasional hitch
that were not
James' fault,
completed to my
total
satisfaction.
The only major
problem was a
result of the
fact that my
oven supplier
gave me the
wrong dimensions
for my selected
oven. James
solved the
problem by some
ad hoc
adjustments that
involved him in
extra work.
He also decided
that the lights
that he
installed were
not ideal for my
kitchen and,
without being
asked, he
changed the
fittings so they
would not cause
a potential fire
problem.
Further, he
noted that the
extractor over
the hob, fitted
by the
suppliers, was
not exactly
straight and so
he fixed it.
I was extremely
pleased with the
overall result
and too, the
care and
attention to
detail that
James showed in
making the
result one that
I will be proud
of for years to
